Once an order has been processed it is no longer possible to change the shipping address, AITO Studios recommends the customer to pay attention to fill out a correct shipping address. Aitostudios.com will not be held accountable for a delay in shipment caused by international customs issues, weather conditions or any other circumstances beyond the control of aitostudios.com

When ordering two or more products, customer is granted with free standard shipping.
Items sent outside the EU may be subject to import fees and/or taxes and custom fees. These additional costs are the sole responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded by aitostudios.com
Placing an order establishes a commercial relationship with aitostudios.com and the customer. By placing an order the customer agrees to accept the delivery of the parcel. In the case of failed delivery caused by the customer by being an absent receiver or due to the customer inserting incorrect contact details the parcel will be sent back to aitostudios.com at customer’s expense. Previously mentioned expense will be deducted from refund amount.
All prices are in Euro. Payment service provider is Stripe and all debit and credit cards are accepted.
Returns and exchange
Customer can return the order entirely or partially within 14 days after receiving the parcel. Return shipping cost will be paid by the customer.
Regarding all returns and exchanges the customers should contact email@example.com with order number and reason for exchange or return. Return instructions will be given via email.
All returned items will be quality checked before refunding the customer. The refund will be done within 14 days of arrival of the item.
All items are quality checked in the process of return or exchange. The returned items must be unworn and unharmed or altered completely in order for aitostudios.com to be eligible to accept the return. If these requirements are not met the item will be sent back to the customer at customer’s expense.
If the customer receives an damaged item the customer must contact firstname.lastname@example.org at the earliest possible moment.
